Your decisions are the most sensitive thing you have.
A tool you bring real decisions to only works if you can be completely candid with it. This page is written for that, and it is specific rather than reassuring.
What we collect
- The decision you enter when composing your board, and the decisions you bring to sessions.
- Your answers to the onboarding trade-offs, and how long you took to answer them, used to compose and recompose your board.
- Your name and email, so we can reach you.
- The decision record that builds up from your sessions: calls, options, assumptions, confidence, review outcomes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or transfer your data.
- We do not use it for unsolicited marketing.
- We do not use your decisions to train a publicly available model.
- We do not ask you to report your own biases, and we do not build a psychological profile to show you.
Where it lives
Your decision record is stored and structured by HOLCO on infrastructure located in France. Composing a board and running a session involves sending the relevant content to a language model provider for processing; we will name the providers in use on request, and we will not tell you that nothing leaves France when the processing means that it does.
Getting it out
Your decision record exports in a documented open format, on request, without negotiation. A record you cannot take with you is not yours, and export is the only version of that claim that can be checked.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, portability, restriction and erasure. One address for all of it: contact@fivepeers.com. Erasure means erasure, including the record.
Payment
No payment details are collected during onboarding. Five Peers is in its pilot phase and pricing is being set with the first cohort. If and when payment is introduced, this page will say who processes it before it happens.
